Troy Peck
Troy started out working for builders that involved themselves in numerous portions of the entire build, from footings/ foundation and framing the structure to performing all the interior finish work and several other trades in between. His goal once he started his own company was to continue the trend of performing several trades throughout all of his projects while setting a goal to become a master carpenter. Now at 54 years old, Troy has legitimately achieved that goal and with the 31 years of knowledge he has acquired during his time as a contractor and home inspector, he tackles each of his projects with confidence, integrity and quality craftmanship.
Miki Peck
Miki works behind the scenes to help keep everything running smoothly—from payroll to vendor relationships—so field work stays efficient and on track. While she supports her husband’s general contracting business, she also works as a real estate broker at Windermere Manito. She is fluent in both Japanese and English. Together, their experience in construction and real estate allows them to support each other’s work and bring added value to their clients.
